As we ring in the new year, we give ourselves hope to leave behind the harsh realities of turbulent times that have effectively put the world on pause, and we take with us the reflections of months passed. If there’s anything that 2020 has taught us, it is that we have to challenge and readdress what we consider as ‘normal’ in all spheres of life. Gender inequality continues to be prevalent across the globe and it is only with collective action that we can change this. Keychange are proud to announce that we start the year with a current total of 400 signatories to the Pledge for working towards a gender balanced future for the industry!
