Respondents noted an increase in resources, initiatives and general support in the industry (of which, Keychange is definitely one of!). Intervention is integral in ensuring that access and opportunities are created for women and gender minorities in the music industry, taking proactive measures to bridge the gender gap in attitude, policy, hiring and beyond.
