Friday Figures - 17 May
As we continue looking further into our Impact Evaluation Report, addressing the intersectional barriers remains a priority. It raises questions and action around outreach, how do we reach the talent that we want and need? How do we then retain talent in our inclusion practice, ensuring a safe space for individuals to flourish, be herd and platformed? Keychange continue to strive to ensure that our work, collaborators and participants reflect and represent the rich tapestry of society which our global network, community and connections allow. We remain committed to tackling the wide-ranging barriers of identity that impact access, progression and retention in the music industry.
