High Key Records is a UK/Birmingham-based underground music events collective and record label with an ethos that is community centred, and look to promote inclusion and diversity within underground music and their work. We also appreciate their explicit acknowledgement of diversity beyond gender, highlighting the need to incorporate all intersections of identity on the journey towards equity.
