For today’s Friday Figures, we reflect on a most timely and urgent report. The release of  Women In Ctrl‘s 'Seat at the Table' analyses the make-up of the team, board members, Chairperson and CEO positions within 12 music trade bodies in the UK, alongside a specific focus on Black women. This statistic points out that there is only 1 female chairperson from 11 trade bodies analysed, shining a spotlight on the dire situation with gender representation at decision-making levels.
