As we all continue to reflect our recruitment practices, let’s look deeper into the compounding effects of intersectional biases. The third ‘BE THE CHANGE: Gender Equality in the Music Industry’ study from believe, TuneCore and Luminate does a great job of cross-referencing gender with various intersections to highlight this, whether additional factors are race, disability, gender and sexuality, sexual abuse, in the industry, health and well-being and more.
