We would like to take this opportunity to say hello to our latest Inspiration Award winners, Carmen Zapata, and Particia Gabeira – both of whom play integral roles within Asociacion MIM as Chairperson and Secretary respectively. In an ongoing mission with active research and study, not only do they highlight the gender disparity and issues that exist, Asociacion MIM also welcome and make recommendations in finding proactive solutions in the progress to equality.  With more than 400 connections and associations in Spain within the music industry, MIM are well-placed to pioneer the gender equality movement in the country, working collaboratively on both national and international levels!
