The Society for the Administration of Copyright in Congo (ADACO) is a civil society of collective management, created in 2020 in Kinshasa, DRC.

Their creation was born from the active reflection of a group of artists and authors from all disciplines to provide solutions to the problems and concerns of Congolese creators about copyright and its collective management in the DRC.

ADACO’s mission is to represent and advise on their rights authors, directors, composers, publishers, artists, producers, creators of intellectual works, as well as any holder of intellectual property in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Its main mission is therefore to defend the rights of Congolese artists and creators, proudly with professionalism, dedication and integrity.
