2021 saw rising star Imogen release her most powerful work to date, Bloodbag EP. With her soaring vocals accompanied by dark brass, synths, driving rhythms, and powerful imagery, the Geordie artist showed us storytelling in the most affecting way, lending comparison from Nick Cave through to Bat For Lashes. Imogen has since sold out multiple shows and has gained over 3m streams and ongoing support from BBC Introducing, R1 and 6.
As a young female creator, Imogen is also passionate about the accessibility and safety of the music industry and this is reflected in her ongoing work with The Ivors Academy.
