A passionate artist and producer-mixer manager, Thea left Universal Music / Virgin/EMI in 2015 summer to start her own management and publishing company and to develop young songwriters and artists from Estonia and abroad. Thea’s professional experience comes from A&R, publishing, PR and marketing, sync/licensing and event management, giving her a resourceful list of music industry contacts. Having lived in London and Denmark has proven to be a great learning curve for Thea both personally and professionally. Living abroad but having continuous contact and work-relations with Estonia has allowed Thea to co-manage seven Grammy-winning producers and mixers and managing one of the most successful Estonian artists NOËP in recent times, who is signed to Sony Sweden. Thea is also closely involved with Music Estonia to organise songwriting camps in Estonia and artist development to break through borders.
