The FACTS survey 2022 from female:pressure highlights the need for ongoing research (both quantitative and qualitative) in order to chart progress made and where the shortcomings are in particular, on a year–on-year analysis. This is also crucial for the Keychange pledge where the annual reporting element of our signatories is key to tracking and addressing the gender disparity in the industry.
