The importance of measuring change cannot be stressed enough. And so, we take another look at the latest edition of the BE THE CHANGE report which looks at its research from 2021 to now. Whether sexual harassment, pay gap, career progression, behaviour and more, breaking down into specific issues is crucial, where we are able to positive change also!

Perception gap remains a huge issue and so with statistics, research and charting progress are we able to shed light on the reality and how there is a collective onus to make this change, including having men in the conversation and action.
