It’s not a given that all pairings of a mentor/mentee relationship will work, so it was heartening to find that in a survey, at 80.6%, a significant number of our participants of the shesaid.so's we.grow mentoring programme found the experience with their partners a positive one! This is essential to note and highlights the importance of mentoring and the support this provides, especially to be motivated enough to carry on in these precarious times.
