Friday Figures - 29 Oct

Inspired by being at BIME this week, in today’s Friday Figures, we take a look at the Spanish context. In an analysis of more than 90 companies in the music sector, the MIM Association / Asociación MIM (Mujeres de la Industria de la Música) concluded that women continue to face discrimination, precariousness of employment and being over-qualified in all areas of the industry. The instability of employment is particularly concerning with the vast majority of women having worked without a contract or fair/any remuneration!
