As the mounting pressures of the pandemic continue relentlessly, the World Economic Forum found that the road to reaching global gender parity not only stagnated, but increased from 99.5 years to 135.6 years! Yes, it feels repetitive, but we must continue to ACT on the increasing gap – and what sort of post-pandemic world we want to shape and see.  Additional support for women and gender minorities when it comes to governmental decisions and priorities is a must and we have to push for change and representation at all levels in all industries.
