Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is recognised here by a significant majority of companies in the ‘Women in the Workplace’ report as a crucial point in managing a happier workforce which in turn means increased productivity, job satisfaction and happiness. It is demonstrable that women leaders championing DEI, ally-ship, proactive measures such as mentorship and more, driving better outcomes for employers and employees alike! There are only gains to be made by diversifying the workforce at all levels.
