A way in which to tackle a myriad of barriers to advance in one’s career, is through confidence and knowledge gained through mentoring and networking. A sense of collectivism and community, alongside uplifting each other in mentor/mentee relationships – these are values that Keychange hold strongly and is reflected through our gender pledge (network does not mean individuals, but organisations and groups connecting collectively) and our participant programme which provides the opportunity for mentorship and networking.

The findings of Women in the Mix Study simply echo the importance of this.
