We’ve yet to look at the latest Women in CTRL’s Seat at the Table 2024 report for Friday Figures, and so let’s remind ourselves of representation at all levels, crucially in leadership roles. The report looks at intersectional representation of women in the boardroom and executive teams, including CEO and chairpersons in UK Music and the trade associations under it. The information presented analyses the intersections of contexts in which achievements and progress is made which gives a nuanced understanding beyond gender – these are points that we also stand by.
