Make your approach to gender parity intersectional! We are all complex beings with layers that point towards multiple barriers or privilege that hinder or promote opportunity. Action, research, recommendations and solutions must consider this. This week saw the release of Unseen Unheard report and podcast from Attitude is Everything with a groundbreaking collaboration with Black Lives in Music (BLIM). This is the first time a Black-led and a disability-led organisation have joined forces to amplify the voices of Black disabled creators and professionals working in the UK’s music industry.
