We take a closer look at the Keychange Impact Evaluation report and its impact on our alumni. Taking anonymised surveys and in-depth evaluations allow us to not only take away positive results of the programme – it is also an opportunity for us to learn and evolve on how we can make future planning better through a comprehensive and collaborative process with our participants, partners and wider network. It is also worth bearing in mind the short-term impact versus the ripple effect of long-term change that is also made.
