Friday Figures - 30 Oct

In today's Friday Figures, we fittingly look at Poland. We start off with an estimated gender breakdown of artists. A study conducted by SWPS University on the number of musical artists in Poland shows that 33% (a third!) are female artists whilst 67% of Polish artists are male. Though hardly surprisingly, and given the current political climate and the status of women and gender minorities in Poland across the globe, we must continue to collectively stand together proactively in solidarity for tangible change.
