As we observe the layered individual identities of underrepresented groups, alongside women, we recognise additional barriers that gender diverse individuals face. At Keychange, we strive to develop, highlight and platform gender diverse individuals on our talent development programme. We also recognise it is not enough just to select gender diverse people. Keychange continues to grow and learn in how we facilitate our work to ensure that gender diverse talent is not only represented, but also listened to, and nurtured, in a safe space for true inclusion.
