As it is Pride Month, let us take time to evaluate how we can continue to evolve to support LGBTQIA+ individuals better, whether it be in a professional, personal or societal capacity. Through the Impact Evaluation Report of feedback of participants and ongoing work, we know visibility on its own is not enough. Keychange reflects on our own learnings on how to address and respond to the needs of gender-diverse individuals in a thoughtful manner with a continued commitment for improving practice.
