Over 1000 respondents over the world took part in the ‘BE THE CHANGE – Women in music 2022’ report which included men, and looked at both creators and executives in the music. Released this week by MIDiA Research, TuneCore and Believe, it found concerning figures that little had changed recently in the industry. And given the very depressingly low figures of engagement of men, when looking at ally-ship, men need to proactively be part of the change for gender parity in the industry.
