PRS for Music credit their drive for diversity and inclusion within the organisation for having a direct impact on the reduction in the mean gender pay gap – a demonstrable cause and effect. In the four years that PRS for Music have been reporting on this, it has been clearly noted pay and bonus gaps have consistently decreased over this duration. Additionally, PRS for Music recognises intersectional disparity also, widening their research to include ethnicity.
