With the announcement of Music Network Leaders Nordic this week, we reflect on the impact of targeted programmes, mentoring and access. In this instance, taking leadership into account, those that participated previously in the Music Leaders Network programme saw significant elevation in the following areas: career progression, confidence, effectiveness and incomes. Led by Remi Harris and Tamara Gal-On, Music Leaders Network Nordic is their first dedicated international programme.
