Nicky Böhm is a cultural organizer based in Berlin. She serves as Vice Chair at Lilipad, a nonprofit providing multilingual libraries and educational experiences for displaced children, and leads community social arts projects at Refuge Worldwide, where she also hosts a radio show exploring diasporic storytelling. With a background spanning Academy Films, OUTER (Berlin Atonal + Tresor 31), Beatport, and various indie labels (!K7, BPitch Control, Kitty Yo), Nicky brings extensive experience in music, film, and cultural programming. She has served on the board of Aslice’s charitable foundation, mentored for YouTube, Primavera Sound, VUT, and Musicboard, and was featured in shesaid.so’s 2021 Alternative Power 100 list. Passionate about increasing access, fostering diverse perspectives, and amplifying intersectional voices from underserved communities, Nicky is committed to driving meaningful change through culture and advocacy.
