Patricia Gabeiras

Patricia Gabeiras was presented with the Keychange Inspiration Award by Keychange Ambassador, Shirley Manson, at BIME PRO 2021.

Secretary at MIM (Spain), Patricia Gabeiras is Doctor in Cultural Law and founding partner of the firm Gabeiras & Asociados with more than 15 years of experience as a lawyer specialised in Cultural Law . Patricia combines this experience with the specialty of Banking and Financial Law, an area in which she received her doctorate with a thesis on alternative ways of financing the cultural sector through the creation of securitization funds for audiovisual rights. Patricia is a Master in Comparative European Private Law from the Carlos III University of Madrid, Master in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from the Institute of Stock Market Studies and Specialist in Structured Financing, Derivatives and Sustainable Finance from the same center (IEB). Currently, she is a professor of the Master of Intellectual Property at the Carlos III University of Madrid and regularly participates as a speaker at conferences, seminars and specialized publications in the cultural sector.
