Descúbreas
Descúbreas is a program to promote female talent in the music industry, incorporating mentoring, mapping and education.
The Descúbreas platform is aimed at a young audience and in it they will find interviews with leading women in the sector, video tutorials to start their musical career, a forum for related questions, a directory to know the map of female music professionals in Galicia, the latest musical news and a concert agenda, both prepared with a gender perspective.
In addition, thanks to the Descúbreas Mentoring program, eight young women are accompanied in their first steps in their musical career. Several leading women in the music industry in Galicia and Spain are the mentors of these young creators.
In the program they will also learn how a song is produced in a professional studio and how to record a video clip. Thus, at the end of the program, they will have all the tools to start their career in music. Descúbreas is led by Diputación de Pontevedra.
