Hampshire Cultural Trust

Hampshire Cultural Trust is an independent charity established to promote Hampshire as a county that offers outstanding cultural experiences to both its residents and visitors. From museums to galleries to arts centres, they manage and support 23 attractions across the county. Hampshire Cultural Trust run a huge variety of workshops, classes, events and projects for both young and old, in schools and in communities, with particular emphasis on reaching people who are vulnerable or disadvantaged and would not normally be able to access arts and culture. In addition, they care for 2.5 million objects that relate to Hampshire’s rich and internationally important cultural heritage.

Their four arts venues; The Arc Winchester; Ashcroft Arts Centre, Fareham; Forest Arts Centre, New Milton; and West End Centre, Aldershot, present a year round programme of world-class live music, comedy and contemporary theatre.

“We are excited to be signing a Keychange pledge to book 50% women and gender minorities across our line ups by 2023. Signing this pledge is just part of Hampshire Cultural Trust’s ambitions to ensure our venues and programming are accessible to and representative of the diversity of the communities we serve.”
