At MediaTracks, we’ve been doing things differently for 25 years. We’re an artist-centred production music label, focused on building strong relationships with each composer who works with us. We’re passionate about developing young and diverse talent through our collaborations and mentoring schemes, and championing voices which are under-represented in the music industry. Therefore, we have taken action and decided to actively fight the gender gap within the production music industry. To reflect our commitment to this cause, we have made our Keychange Pledge and have carried out our independent Diversity Report, which we will update annually.
