Nordic Black Theatre

Nordic Black Theatre is a self-run theatre foundation established in 1992. The core activity is theatre production but they work with a wide spectrum of partners in a variety of creative arts.

“We were supposed to be invisible in the eyes of the Mainstream Art in Norway,
We knew we were visible, we felt we had to create our own space. Here are we and we are still visible.
If we do not pave the way for the common generation then we don't have to be here at all"
