Sisters Music Chain
Sisters Music Chain (SMC) is a platform for solidarity, advocacy, education, co-development and co-production for female musicians.
On the solidarity side, all issues that involve cooperation can be considered, from sharing the problems we experience in the sector to supporting each other in the promotion of our members' new projects.
On the advocacy side, we have projects that will draw attention to these problems, such as writing reports, manifestos and making podcasts about the problems female musicians experience in the sector.
On the development and education side, we both learn from each other and receive training on various subjects from experts in the field.
On the co-production side, we have joint cover projects for digital platforms, productions of new songs and collective projects for the stage.
Our platform is open to all professional female musicians who want to be involved in one or more of the works listed above.
