Celine Garcia

Celine Garcia is manager of innovative musical projects and publisher. She co-founded PUPPET MASTER Label &Publishing in 2018 with the French musician SKYGGE who is at the vanguard of musical creation with A.I. technologies, known for Hello World, the first pop album he composed with an A.I. in 2018 (12 millions streams) in collaboration with several other artists (Michael Lovett-NZCA Lines, Kiesza, Stromae, C Duncan, Kyrie Kristmanson, The Pirouettes, Mederic Collignon etc.). SKYGGE’s work has been acclaimed by trade presse like BBC Music, QUARTZ, CRACK Magazine, The Quietus, Music Ally, Les Jours etc. As label manager and publisher, she works daily alongside researchers and musicians exploring A.I. tools, acquiring a specific knowledge of how each new A.I. tool challenges human creativity. Before becoming passionate about the issues raised by musical creation with A.I. and copyright, Celine worked for independent companies as well as major institutions in the music sector such as the French Institute, Sacem and Morgane Production. In 2017, she managed the publishing part of the album "Hello World". Celine is one of the ‘Innovators’ selected for the 2020-2021 Keychange European programme aimed at achieving gender parity in the music industry. In 2021 Celine co-founded an association, Arnova, with another Keychange Innovator, Ievgeniia Ivanova, aiming to carry out and promote unique artistic projects crossing Western and Eastern Europe and beyond. For questions and consultations, please reach out to celine@arnova.eu
