Flora Garnier
Flora (she/her) is an expert in international development within the cultural sector, with over 15 years of experience in artist management, working with record labels, music festivals, tour management and logistics, and developing international markets. She specializes in helping cultural businesses—primarily in music—expand their global reach and strengthen their market positioning.
As an International Digital Development Agent with SODEC (Quebec's Government Corporation for Cultural Enterprise Development) and SAT (Society for Arts and Technology), Flora focuses on identifying strategic partnerships, analyzing industry trends, and coordinating international representation at key events. She also designed and launched a successful mentorship program, connecting Quebec music companies with French experts to support impactful expansion projects.
