Lucy Kruger & The Lost Boys

Lucy Kruger is a composer and performer from South Africa. Since her move to Berlin in 2018, she has released a trilogy of autobiographical/explorative albums with her art pop/ambient noise project, Lucy Kruger & The Lost Boys. The introverted ‘Sleeping Tapes for Some Girls’, made way for the more rousing ‘Transit Tapes (for women who move furniture around), and ended with the necessarily cathartic (and sometimes cacophonic), ‘Teen Tapes (for performing your own stunts)’. In April this year, she’ll be releasing and touring her newest record, ‘Heaving’ - a visceral, subversive and playful album in both sound and subject matter.
