Naoise Roo Callan
Naoise Roo Callan has worked in the music industry for over a decade in the areas of festival production, bookings, stage management and radio research. She has worked events such as: Electric Picnic, Longitude and The Festival of Writing and Ideas. Roo is passionate about fighting for gender equality in programming. As an artist herself, she is keenly aware of the struggle they face regarding representation. She hopes to address the disparity through her own programming work and contribute positively to change within the industry, working to empower and support emerging artists to help build a music industry based on equality.
