Ruth MacMahon

Ruth Mac is an Irish songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who leads a dual career as both a DEIA practitioner and independent artist. As Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at SoundCloud, she develops strategies that create more inclusive spaces for artists, fans, and employees. Simultaneously, Ruth records and performs under the name Ruth Mac, having released an acclaimed EP, toured Europe, and showcased at the likes of Ireland Music Week and Most Wanted Music Berlin. She is a passionate social change advocate, organizing fundraising concerts through Berlin-based collectives and continuing commitment to community-driven initiatives.
