Sarah Jane (SJ) Nicholson grew up in Cape Town. Nicholson's years of travel and building bridges with South Africa's biggest acts, like Moonchild Sanelly and Zakes Bantwini, have proven a winning formula.
The manager-turned-label-owner and international speaker started her first agency in 2010. She launched Paradise Worldwide's African Division 3 years ago, a Global tech collective specialising in independent rights collection & protection. Nicholson founded Africa Rising Music Conference (ARMC) in 2020 to connect African music executives with the global market. SJ, who was recently appointed as Vibe-Lab XP Music Futures 22 Conference Programmer (Saudi Arabia), is well-connected, charismatic, and full of ideas.
