Shereen Perera
Shereen Perera is a cultural producer who has delivered pioneering projects in the UK and internationally. She is the Senior Producer for The WOW Foundation who put on ‘WOW - Women of the World’ festivals. Shereen initiated WOW’s dedicated music programme ‘WOW Sounds’ - platforming girls, women and non-binary musicians who are using music as a form of activism. She is keen to learn from others in Keychange’s network and develop WOW Sounds. All of Shereen’s work combines her two passions - creativity and social justice and stems from a belief to break down stereotypes and create platforms for marginalised voices to be heard.
