Sofie Søndervik Sæther

Sofie Søndervik Sæther is a musician, film maker, organizer and deeply committed activist dedicated to breaking down barriers to equal participation in music and arts. As the program director of Jeunesses Musical Norway, she develops and runs a wide range of projects aiming at strengthening diversity and equality within the music sector - with an emphasis on the next generation of performers, audiences and organizers. Among them the LOUD project, a nation wide, multi genre, cross sectoral force for change within the young music sector. As a musician she has released two albums and toured internationally with her band Level & Tyson, and is currently active in the drag band/performance groups Deathman.
