What is the Keychange Inspiration Award?
The Keychange Inspiration Award honours and celebrates inspirational figures who have made an extraordinary and pioneering contribution to the music industry. The award winners are our role models for the next generation, and for the Keychange network of talented artists and industry professionals.
Previously selected by Keychange partners, this year we’ve decided to shake things up a bit and look to our Keychange followers and community worldwide.
Who are we looking for?
We want to know who has been an inspirational figure to YOU in driving change in the music industry for gender equity, diversity and inclusion. Through the process, we look to highlight people and initiatives working on a more inclusive and diverse music sector in all its forms.
A global call for nominations, this can be an individual, collective, organisation, project and beyond – we encourage you to think outside the box.

What happens next?
Please make your nominations by 18th February 2025 using the form below. And remember, you can also make more than one nomination!
Once the deadline has passed, Keychange will spotlight the shortlisted nominations to highlight underrepresented voices from around the world. Our Advisory Committee will then convene to select the overall winner.
