There are barriers that prevent women and gender-diverse people from being represented. Update yourself or collect the data yourself, and find out what we are dealing with here.

Take gender balance into account in your public advocacy and influence from your position and platform. As a public figure, you have the means to use your social media, creative art, broadcasting or printing to spread the movement. Demand that representative programming is on radars! Participate where there is representation. Advocate where there is not.
