A year ago, IMPALA’s charter of 12 points was introduced to show what they stand for and what they will do to achieve change for diversity and inclusion across the board. This was to be accompanied by initiatives and projects to be developed that will aim to make change sustainable longer term, with targets for five and ten years. A non-profit organisation working in the music industry across Europe, in this update, IMPALA do exactly what they say they will – and present us with an update a year on with what they did under each point. Examples that we can all learn from!
